Syrian Refugees in Croatia

When the refugee crisis reached Croatia, among the first Syrians who entered the country were five young musicians from Damascus. They’re a famous Syrian rock band called Khebez Dawle and last week they brought love from Syria and played their music for the people of Zagreb. They feel it’s their love for music that is leading them to a better future and helping them stay strong. They told their story to our Petra Kovačević. She also met another Syrian there who’s been studying in Zagreb for the last two years and is one of the founders of the initiative called ‘Dear Refugees: Welcome to Croatia’.
