After his inauguration, president Donald Trump signed executive order to begin construction of a wall between the US and Mexico, following his campaign promise.
The 1,047 km long fence (or wall) cuts through mostly urban area across California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The total length of the continental border is 3,201 km.
The border fence separates two sides of Nogales: Nogales, Mexico, on the right and Nogales, Arizona, on the left. MoJo reporter Matina Tenžera was there.
